My journey as an entrepreneur in the food and beverage domain, coupled with my unwavering passion or authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, serve as the impetus behind the inception of the Al Romansiah chain in Kuala Lumpur. It is my vision to offer an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates the essence of Middle Eastern culture and hospitality in its truest form.
Drawing upon years of honing my craft in the food and beverage sector, I discerned an opportunity to introduce the genuine flavours of Middle Eastern cuisine to the vibrant culinary tapestry of tastes from my homeland but also elevated them to a standard of refinement and elegance suited to Kuala Lumpur’s discerning gastronomes.
Furthermore, my endeavour was fuelled by a deep-seated desire to impart the warmth and hospitality ingrained in the Middle Eastern culture. Through Al Romansiah, my aim was to fashion an environment where patrons could relish delectable fare while basking in the embracing ambiance and authentic hospitality emblematic of Middle Eastern dining.
